Affiliate commissions are paid monthly once you reach the minimum payout threshold. Payments are typically processed within 30 days of the end of each month. Detailed payment terms are provided when you join the affiliate program.
Terms & Conditions
General Terms
- All partnership programs are subject to approval by RamNode.
- RamNode reserves the right to modify or terminate any program at any time with reasonable notice.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Fraudulent activity, spam, or abuse will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any earned benefits.
Creator Program Terms
- Sponsorship and resources are provided at RamNode's discretion and based on mutual agreement.
- Creators must disclose their relationship with RamNode in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Content created must align with RamNode's brand values and quality standards.
Customer Partners Terms
- Referral rewards are credited after the referred customer's first qualifying deposit.
- Self-referrals and referrals to accounts controlled by the same person are not permitted.
- Bonus credits are promotional and subject to standard credit terms and conditions.
- RamNode may limit or deny rewards if abuse or suspicious activity is detected.
Affiliate Program Terms
- Affiliate commission rates (30-40%) are based on tenure and performance with RamNode.
- Commission is calculated only on the customer's actual payment, not on promotional credits or bonuses.
- Affiliates must maintain an active customer account in good standing.
- Payment is subject to a minimum threshold and standard payout schedule.
- Chargebacks or refunds may result in commission clawback.

Limitation of Liability
RamNode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any partnership program. Total liability is limited to the value of unpaid benefits owed at the time of claim.
